Short on funds? No problem! We’re always in need of volunteers and connections. See if one of these options works for you. Every little bit helps us a lot.

• Do you have an expertise you can share? Volunteer to teach a workshop or a series of lessons. We’re open to suggestions on topics. You don’t have to be a credentialed instructor, just someone passionate about sharing information.

• Can you spend time at the Creative Center assisting other volunteers with programming? We have a range of responsibilities, including helping visitors, cleaning and organizing, running sound equipment, setting up and breaking down for events - nothing complicated!

• Do you have a practical skill, like construction, electrical, or plumbing? We are located in a old building.

• Do you know how to search and apply for grants? This is crucial for our ability to stay open!

• Are you good at social media and marketing? We need to get our name out there. Even simply liking and sharing our content would be great. Word of mouth is priceless too.

• Do you have connections with people or organizations (like local officials, angel investors, groups that help nonprofits) that can help us make things happen? We also love to partner with other groups for our mutual benefit.
